It was once reserved for South and Central American Royalty. It was considered the food of the gods. Even in a bitter, hot-spiced drink form, it was revered. Well, what did they know about uncooked chocolate? Unlike common chocolate candy bars proliferating prominent aisles of today's grocery stores, Xocai™ dark chocolate retains nutrients found in the natural cacao bean. Made by a proprietary, cold process, it's not a confection - but it tastes so delicious. Beloved by the Aztecs, Incas, Mayans, and Olmecs, let us share the secrets of one of Mother Nature's most complex natural foods. |
